UK architects chris lee and kapil gupta of serie architects have designed 'the tote', mumbai, a banquet hall, restaurant and bar. their brief was to incorporate a series of disused buildings from the city's colonial past set within the mumbai race course and convert them to form a series of restaurant and bars. the conservation guidelines called for the preservation of the roof profile for three-quarters of the buildings and full conservation for the remaining one-quarter.

The Ubud / TWS & Partners

This project is a small scale of mix use building, located within the heart of Jakarta. The main function is to house the famous BEBEK BENGIL restaurant from Ubud, Bali. The original Bebek Bengil restaurant is very famous with it’s specialty of crispy fried duck menu and have a unique location, which sit on the exotic rice or padi field.

Mellat Park Cineplex | Fluid Motion Architects

Fluid Motion Architects led by Catherine Spiridonoff and Reza Daneshmir have recently updated with us the Mellat Park Cineplex. It is located in the municipal district 3 of Tehran in an extended and indefinite piece of land with the area of 6000 sq m, has been designed and constructed in the far south-east side of Mellat Park..

With the total floor area of 15000 sq m, this project includes 4movie halls, each occupying 300 persons, and a small performance hall with the capacity of 30 persons, along with exhibition areas, restaurant, coffee shop, Book and CD store, offices and service areas.

Restaurant Rosso / N Architecture

The restaurant Rosso is located in Ramat Yishay, a small town in the valley of the North-Yezre Israel. This part of Israel has a privileged landscape of beautiful valleys and colorful which is permanent destination of many tourists. Tours are conducted around the place. This proposal is conceived as an extension of a restaurant designed earlier by the same office. This new space is approximately 60 square meters specially designed for private functions perfectly well connected to the existing space.
